RETURN POLICY
Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product(s). Item(s) must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A copy of your receipt from Tactile Sense must be included with the return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our Chemical Peel Products. All Sales are final. We recommend that you purchase samples.
We are unable to offer refunds and exchanges for products returned due to skin irritation.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
We are unable to cover return shipping costs. You are welcome to choose any courier you prefer. Pack items properly to ensure your return arrives undamaged.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item(s), you will receive an email from Tactile Sense. Returned product(s) will be inspected for any damage or signs of use. We will share the status of your refund with you as soon as possible. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT
We guarantee our customers all shipments are packed properly and with extra care. If your shipment arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of the package's arrival or delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect purchase(s) for damages within 24 hours.
Submit pictures of all of the packaging as it was when it arrived and the specific damage to the contents, including an explanation of what was lost, missing, or broken.
